PPE non-compliance is rarely discovered as it happens. It surfaces in a report, in an incident, or not at all. This system watches the zones that matter and raises the alert while the violation is still in progress, with the captured frame attached so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.
It runs on the lighting your plant already has, across day and night shift, on cameras positioned during a joint site survey rather than guessed from a floor plan.
DETECTION SCOPE
Three classes are included. The fourth is listed because plants ask for it, and because we would rather say no in advance than deliver a detection you cannot trust. Additional classes can be trained and quoted separately.
Flags any person inside a monitored zone who is not wearing a helmet, including visitors and contractors passing through.

AI cameras stream the monitored zone continuously, through both day and night shift.
The AI engine classifies helmet, vest and phone events in the plant. Footage does not have to leave the site for a decision to be made.
A configurable alert carrying the captured frame reaches the control room dashboard, a mobile app or an email, whichever suits how the shift is run.
An operator acknowledges the alert. The event and its frame are stored for HSE review.
