AI Vision Solutions covers two problems most plants still handle by walking the floor and hoping. The first is personal protective equipment compliance: helmets, vests and phone use in the zones where it matters. The second is surface defect inspection: finding a crack on a product before it reaches the cutting station rather than after.
Both run on cameras installed in your plant, with the AI inference performed on site. Both are scoped from a joint site survey, because camera count, mounting positions and lighting are decided by the building you actually have, not by a catalogue.
Cameras watch the zones you nominate and flag a person working without a helmet or vest, or handling a phone where phones are not allowed. The alert reaches the control room while that person is still standing there. Every event is logged with the frame that triggered it, so HSE reviews evidence rather than a recollection.
A 2D camera array and a thermal camera inspect the top and both side surfaces of a panel as it moves toward the cutter. The 2D system finds visible cracks and captures the image for the record. The thermal system picks up the temperature differences that reveal defects normal lighting hides.
